I wanted to mix things up a bit and decided to use Grayscale Prismacolor markers this time around. I think it turned out pretty rad. It is 6 x 6. You know you want it! You can buy it from my store here!

A few day ago I was going through all of my stuff and found this drawing I did awhile ago and kind of just forgot about it. It is 10.5 x 14 and I used Sharpie poster paint pens. Its available in my Etsy store.
Black & Yellow
I’m a little late on this one but better late than never, right? Last December, AIGA held its annual toy art show, Designers In Toyland 3. I was in the previous 2 shows and when I saw this show announced, I wasted no time getting started on my toys. This go around I did 3 toys, 2 Munnys and some wood blocks that I wood burned. I was pretty stoked on them. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of them before the show and I sold one of the Munnys. Luckily there were plenty of people at the show with their cameras so I was able to find a good picture of the two Munnys. So thanks to Sarah Butsch for taking such good photos so I could show you what my toys looked like.

My old man and his dudes started a neighborhood dart league that they take very seriously. So seriously in fact that he wanted me to make them a logo (no worries, he is he has the authority. He is the league President). So I started sketching and came up with some ideas. He picked the one he liked, and the rest is history. I’ve shown the logo below, as well as a couple of other comps. I came up with (They are more designed for shirts, not really a logo).
A couple of months ago my neighbor approached me about making a logo for her business, Bitty Birds Boutique. It is a children’s clothing company that sells all hand make items. I wanted to design her something that was playful and felt handmade. I also wanted it to be simple so it could successfully be translated into a stamp, since she was going to hand make all the hanging tags for the clothes and her business cards. She was really stoked on the end result, which in turn made me pretty stoked. It always good feeling to make something for someone and know that they really enjoy it.
